NZBirc is a program with an irc interface that communicates with Hellanzb, newzbin.com, tvnzb.com and tvrage.com to control downloading of files through usenet and automate tv downloading

apt-get repository

Goto https://launchpad.net/~nzbirc/+archive
Select the release of choice (for debian users, select any)
Copy the sources.list entries
Open your sources.list file (/etc/apt/sources.list)
Paste the entries from the website
run: apt-get update
run: apt-get install nzbirc

Running:

Linux:
nzbirc

Windows:
php nzbirc.php
