Hey people.. created a tutorial for the basic setup and use of SABnzbd.  I hope I covered everything.  If not, let me know and I will update.  I will continue to make these tutorials until I am able to showcase all the SABnzbd is capable of, as it is the most powerful news reader out there today.  For now we have a basic tutorial to get everybody installed, configured, and using the program... but next I will cover all the great GreaseMonkey scripts (customizing the scripts included) and from there we will go into customizing SABnzbd itself (because merging the Queue and Home tab is simple and SOO much better than switching back and forth).

Please let me know what you think and how it can be improved.  I am thinking of including pictures, but hopefully I have explained well enough that we won't need them. If you have questions, please leave them here.  I will be happy to help as much as I can.
