Hi

SabNzbd downlaods ocmpleted fiels into its own directories.

However, I have a single 'downlaods' folder on my desktop but I can't seem to get Sabnzbd to downlaod direct to that folder.

Its currently saving to:
C:\Program Files\SABnzbd-0.2.5-w32\downloads\Complete

which is listed as          ./downloads/Complete        within the browser.


The folder I want it to go to is:
C:\Users\mo\Desktop\Downloads

I am using Vista - any ideas?

Also can I set +Delete as the default download option everytime?

And finally, is it possible to downlaod all files straight to my 'downlaods' fodler rather than their own individual folders?

So at the moment the files saves as /complete/name of new folder/ names of new files

whereas I just want /main saved folder/names of new files         (so if i download 5 movie files all 5 movie files are in my downlaods folder rather than in their own individually named folders!)

Change the download folder to "C:\Users\mo\Desktop\Downloads" if thats where you want it

Also can I set +Delete as the default download option everytime?

Go into the browser and go to "config>switches" and at the bottom of the left hand list of options is "Dirscan Options:" and tick the required option (+delete)

and remember, dont use other icons for the folders.
SABnzbd wont work then - i tried

i think everyone has missed the point that he doesn't want the each nzb fileset to be in a subfolder

ie
Downloads\movie1.avi
Downloads\movie2.avi
Downloads\game1.iso
Downloads\game2.nrg

and NOT:
Downloads\alt.bin.movies_movie1.nzb\movie1.avi
Downloads\alt.bin.multimedia_movie2.nzb\movie2.avi
Downloads\alt.bin.games.iso_game1.nzb\game1.iso
Downloads\alt.bin.games_game2\game2\.nrg

i don't think it can be done, can anyone confirm?

THAT is the default setting

The default is:

downloads\Complete\movie1\movie1.avi

Or you can set it to groupname folders. I don't think you can just have everything go into one folder.

on the sourceforge page and there are feature requests to have that option

although you could do it by first adding all your nzbs to 1 big nzb first then everything would all be in 1 subfolder
